I am a postdoctoral researcher from Germany with a Bachelor's (University Ulm) and Master's degree (Technical University of Munich) in Biochemistry. I completed my PhD in the Flashman group and am now continuing the work of my DPhil project as a postdoc. My research focusses on engineering the activity and oxygen sensitivity of plant cysteine oxidase with the aim to generate more flood-tolerant plants.
